Yep, there's curves over his eyes. The top is like a penguin hat. 

Thanks. I made these clouds by making circular blobs with different colors and refining them afterwards (skewing them, erasing, etc.)

Thanks guys! I've always had a problem when it comes to finding colors for the palette. I think I should try working with a limited palette next time around.
