yeah, your right, i had to make some sacrifices with the iso angles, especially in the face, to make it more readable for the user without complicating the features too much. i wanted to keep it quite simple.

@onek sure, it was just experimenting with shading a piece, using only the hue of the colours. not the brightness, or darkness of the colour. This allowed me to play about with which hues best represent a false dark or bright area of the image. i could probably go further and tweak the colours way more but it gives a good basis of where to go when hue shifting in my colour palletes.

@Carnivac - fair enough, i guess its down to style choice, i much prefer the clean cut style now i find it reads nicer, but each to his own.

This is nice! There is an old game, very old that was similar to this, i think you just made burgers i cant remeber exactly, anyone know what it was?
