	DatMuffinMan @ 10/12/2016 16:37 commented on Big Bird my basic way to do it (doesn't mimic the distortion/crt effect at all) - enlarge image to 2/300%; I find 300% is better. create a new blank layer on top of layer, and fill it with a pattern (1x2 with one white pixel and one black for 200%, and 1x3 with one black pixel and two white pixels for 300%), then using blending options to filter out the lighter colors.
