But never this good.

So how is it that people can favorite your stuff if it hasn't been approved yet?

Hey everyone

I'm back.

Huge pixel dumps incoming. I wonder how it's viewed to post these here

You know, this would be incredibly amazing if all of the pokes adhered to a 16x16 or similar uniform size.

Just thinking out loud, good work

The lack of AA in some areas makes this look unfinished and jaggy. It's somewhat inconsistent and that makes it look amateurish, not polished enough.

Other than that, it's a good job.

Wow. That's definitely not what I expected. Here's how mine looked like: https://imgur.com/5x1kooV

Really looking forward to that next piece.

I loved that the challenge gave me a chance to execute vile, shameless acts of style plagiarism

: ]

Well, it's not like I don't do that already, and often, with the art styles of certain iconic games. Ahem, almost my whole gallery?

Yeah. I could especially see how challenging it is to manage these colour clusters within an area so small, especially when you have so many colours (5-7) to handle at the time.

Then to make it all look smoothand crisp with AA.

Then to choose hues that go well together visually, and also compliment the personality of the subject lady.

Then to actually get the anatomy right, and strike an interesting and rich/provocative/emotional pose.

I can post my process pictures if anyone's interested. Especially you Jinn. The way I tackled this thing I believe may be a world of difference from your process. Honestly it felt very organic and unstructured. Who knows. Maybe the processes are similar.

On second thought, I did not account for the PJ background colour.

Damnation.

Hello PJ.

I'm back.

Weekly challenge made me come here, I admit. And damn, a good challenge it is.

I like everything I see except the skull.

It feels as if you didn't use any reference on that one, or studied the shapes...
