Softening the outline would make the sprite a bit cleaner looking. But good pixel!

Really a fantastic piece.

Pretty balling sword. It's a bit flat, but I understand the colour restriction. I love the cubes and their perspective. Also it fits entirely with the canvas, so cool.

I can see where you get that idea (and it is from a reference) but it was not done via plugin or anything related to a plugin. 

I can jazz it up if you want though.

Heh. I just used the red hued palette given to colour her face. Then I added the smoke from her eye. You could say she has that smouldering look about her. ;)

Should try brightening up the edges a bit. Other than that and the obvious sphere shading on the wings, the dithering and colours are nice.

Just don't get used to excusing lacking in your art "because you are a beginner". Just seek to improve continuously and you will do wonderful. ;)

For 20 colours... . But still it's nice, just could be optimized a bit. Also the blade looks like it is tilted, but the hilt doesn't match the tilt. That could just be me though. Anyways, a good pixel.

I think you are right about the roof. It's bugging me, along with the door. That's also why I opted for a hole in the wall instead.

Nice picture but I dunno. Referencing like this always takes the "ooh" and "aah" away from the piece for me.

It is true the shadows are quite inconsistent. Also the pond looks a little flattish (but that could just be me). Otherwise, it's fantastic and I love the colours a lot.

The left heel looks like it twists outward (away from the viewer) when that foot goes forward. Generally a very sassy looking walk, but a neat animation nonetheless. Cool.

The right leg looks a little twisted. And comparitively, the left looks gimped in size. Right arm looks flat because of a lack of shading on the shoulder/upper part. But otherwise a cool picture. Good style.
