First off, if you go to the "Pixel Me Silly" section, that is specifically for Pixel Art submissions, in which we reference the PNG only. I used to do pixel art myself so of course JPG wouldn't acceptable to display pixel art. Also the magazine is published in a PDF format, so any animated art will of course, not animate. The "Submissions" area where it DOES specify JPG & PNG are for general art only (like handdrawn illustrations, etc). Hope that clears up any confusion!
