The animation jumps at the end, I'd suggest adding one or two frames between the raised and lowered arm position after he emerges. The emergence itself, however, is extremely fluid and really well done

Good animation, but I'm not fully sold on the smokey aspect of it. It's too blobby, which makes it look more like a bubble or lava lamp thing then smoke; try adding a longer tail to the fading smokes, and that might sell it well. Forms and colors are very good tho!

animation conveys talking really well, and the style on Otacon is amazing just like Snake's. only one small nitpick is that the animation of Snake's headband is a bit off because the base of the top half doesn't move and because the animation betrays the loop (ie, the frames jump). Other than that, perfect :)

leg motion is pretty unnatural cus the feet go up and down but the legs and body stays completely still, while in real life whole bodies would move subtly at least

shape seems good, and the shading is good too except for the pure white highlight which I think you don't need

line work is pretty sloppy, lots of pointless pixels that thicken lines they don't need to, especially on the shoulders face and hair; colors are also pretty pretty bright in the background, and the masks shading is super wierd without context 

anatomy is generally ok as far as I can tell

the colors are kinda jarring; the orange is very (probably too) saturated, at least to me. the pallete could also use a lot more contrast in general, it's hard to tell there's any shading at all and so it looks really flat. more pronounced shading could add to the whole "ball" thing, cus right now its basically a circle with some doodads.

also, unless you were specifically trying, i'd avoid shapes being so "perfect"-- a little irregularity can give a character a lot more emotion, attitude, etc.

I really like the animation--very fluid and the sprite has a lot of character / style as well. Only thing I would change is remove a frame somewhere in the middle of the swing, to make the tree look like it goes faster (which would give the swing a lot more power)
