Thank you Yuew. I can only agree, there is an emptiness somewhere that begs to be filled, and I think it simply comes from the middle part that lacks some details. Details from top and bottom could have been spread further, just to make the transition smoother.

You're right Knightsabers, at first it was the start of a slight oscillation of the paintbrush movement, but I reworked the brush effect and this shift now looks odd. Maybe I should remove it altogether.

@punpcklbw the outlines is part of Moebius' style[1]. I could spot the inspiration from the preview. That's well done, though Moebius' colors are usually less saturated overall I guess.
