If I'm picky, I would say that the green clothes are blending in a bit with the bg and with itself. I would definitely try some color combinations, the shirt, cloack, bracelet (?) beeing the same green makes it hard to read. Also the mask (?) on them is hard to recognise.

It's both for practice and in game use actually. Drawing things later again as we get better. While making the animation I indeed made a bad choice. Instead of slash it became a full swirl. And why? Becasue I was looking at it and tried to figure out how it looks in real life, where should the staff and the arm go. By the time I realised it was a not too optimal decision it was almost done :D But hey, at least I got it right xD

I like the armored legs better. Also while I was working on one of my projects I put black boots on the main character, and I really didn't liked it, because it melted into the background. It looked like he had no legs at all, just a floating upper body and shorts. So I presonally think that the detailed would be better.
