...jokes aside I think the color scheme looks good even if it's not completely accurate to real skin color (yellowish midtone, brown shadow). do you think it's too unnaturally yellow?

very well done, and no more than 6 colors by the looks of it. I also like how simple yet effective the dialogue is.

this is hilarious, keep it up. the portrait is really not at all bad, maybe a darker shade of shadow on the face would give it more contrast, but that's just my 2 cents. the description had me laughing.

@JerryPie ooops, I put in the preview so I could use it as my avatar, but yeah in hindsight it doesn't match the rest of the submissions. I'm glad you like it, though.

@Hapiel thanks for the comment and your critique. I was sorta thinking the same thing you mentioned about the portrait during the process, but I figured it would be more obvious when I posted it. what the creator sees as obvious in his own creation is not always obvious to the viewer, and it comes down to the creator to express it better. I'll keep this in mind for the future.

@guedzilla thank you. I am happier with the look of the shield than with the rest of the body now that I'm looking at it a day later. I think I need to work on creating better readability in the future
