Lineart came from a sketch I drew myself, but a lot of it's far removed from the original image, like a complete reangling of the face. I also added some more of the body then was originally there. Since I already did a bit of that, I might just complete more of the body at a later date.

Shading, proportions and colouring are in X4 style. The design however is a ZX one, designed in the style of ZX art. Which makes it clash with anything within X4 as a natural result. Non bulky humanoid Reploids and humans don't make an appearence in the game and thus have no sprites to compare to.  As a result, it's probably more accurately a pseudo X4 style.

Coincidentally, the ZX art style's influencing of designs is also the reason why her appearence is childlike and lacking in female shapes.

The animation is good, fluent enough. Though a bit different from the Rockman X4 style norm, though that's a good thing, less lazy running.

The biggest mistake I can find here lies with the colouring. It's just too lacking in contrast and too dark when it comes to the blue. To the point that highlights feel odd at that light intensity. Furthmore, details are hard to make out due to this. But regardless, shading is fine for the style.

Well, the term 'edit' only really applies to the likes of X and Zero, VAVA, Sigma, Right still having say, the same face as they did in the game due to stylistic limitations. The bodies are generally rescratched from the original.  Sigma and Right are really the only ones that still have major parts of their former sprites.

I like the colours used, general shape and anatomy should be better though. He's very thin in the legs, but bulky in the arms. The arms are too long and his expression just looks weird. Still, nice colours and shading.

For a first, it's a very good effort. To further improve the piece, I suggest you look into anti-aliasing techniques to smoothen the lines. Also, I personally wouldn't use that style of isometric corners, check out how corners are done on isometric games like Rockman.exe and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance.

The original concept for this big fellow came from 7even, but overtime various changes were made by both of us.
