Well, I got this balloon for my party room, And i need advice to improve it, Cause it doesn't look really realistic :S

First of all, you should've saved it as .png or .gif instead of .jpg.
 
.jpg ruins image quality.

Looks great so far. Simple yet effective. Don't hesitate to make the knot of the balloon asymetrical. It gives it character. Also, try adding a specular highlight on the top right area to make the balloon shiny as opposed to flat & matte.
