The grey parts look too organic, consider adding more of a flat look to them, maybe less dithering? the green bits look great, imo. However, the three shoulder poles are a bit odd looking, maybe too much dithering or bad angles. Possibly make them tiered(sp?). I like the head, but try to add some AA on the red parts. Good overall, though.
