   I want to show you a pixelart from me and i thought it was finished but jalonso told me in another forum section after an very long analysation (thanks for it jalonso!) that it isn't perfect. So i wanted to know here what you think about it so that i can correct my faults and learn out of it. i'll work on it as fast as possible and upsdate my work after i know what to correct (and how).
This is my flowershop:

i used transperancy layers for the windows on the side ( is greenhouse the right word for it?). And i think it (maybe) has to much colors.

so please be kind and tell me whats bad about my art^^

	General advice first: You seem excited and anxious to make pixelart (which is good). However, you are jumping around like a crazy man. This will probably frustrate you and will make others less likely to help you out. Its better to slow down and handle one thing at a time and show progress and learning so it encourages others to help you. If your English is really bad, many here speak German so you can always ask in German if you're stuck, but English is better ;) Your tank is already added to your gallery. Yes, it could be better but forget it for now and move on. In the future you can always come back to that or make a whole new tank when you have learned some things. Making many WIP threads is not good. Others will just think you are not serious about learning stuff. The same goes for your avatar with the dead cat. It has a useless background and is very weakly colored. Read the FAQ page or just wait a bit on that. Its better to make things slowly than to have everything sent back and hurt and discourage you. ________ About the house. It has 88 colors because of the transparent layers. Recolor the greenhouse area using opaque colors only for now. Post that. I will post here an edit of your house to illustrate some stuff later today :) Edited by jalonso - 22 October 2010 at 2:06pm

	wow thank you for your reply (again^_^).when i think about what you said, you're really right. i will keep the tank like it is and i like it how it is. the greenhouse thing is deleted from PJ and maybe i'll work at it later. The idea with the cat avatar was bad, what i recognized some time after posting it, because it wasn't fun creating it (because i don't like this cat)and now it's deleted.i understand what you mean with the "crazy man" thing and i think this is just because i have too much time now because i have holidays and nearly all my friends are now at nice beaches far away from germany, so i have nothing to do and after holidays i'll have not much time because of the my abitur (abitur=final highschool exams). By the way....i like jumping and i think i'm crazy xD

	I know this thread has maybe been dead for a week but here is some advice on your flowershop, adding to what jalonso said. Good iso, especially if it is an outdoor scene, is contextualized. Add a sidewalk, maybe some shrubs. Example, another example Texture is good: maybe give us a clue as to what the wall is made of through texture. It doesn't have to be as elaborate as this, but look at how the building is made a lot more interesting through detailing with the stone and metallic roof. Good luck pixelling ;)
