I like it. The style reminds me a bit of Day of the Tentacle. However, I do think you could get rid of a lot of jaggies. I would also see about changing the shape of the moon and maybe removing the dark outline on the clouds. Uh, and maybe increase the length of the shadow from the ball & chain. Also, maybe make the ceiling darker, since the moon is probably not low enough that it would cast light upwards.

And finally... what's that on the left of the phantasm? Tentacles? A bit difficult to see.

Thanks CELS : ) Good points to work with! The thing on the left of him is supposed to be the chain with the ball at the end.

If you mean *his* left, then it's supposed to be the ending of the blanket

haha

it is fantastic! I'd make the left fang one pixel or so wider, so it becomes more readable. I'd also make the chain ball a perfect sphere.
Mmm also check the antialiasing especially on the creature's body. It's not effective.

And you're set! It's awesome
