So I am working on a runcycle, just using a poser for now. However, there is this thing going on with its head, moving back and forth. I kind of like it.Gives it a feeling of dashing forward when he completely stretches his hind leg.
But I want to know how someone else sees it.

Note: this is only half of the cycle, but if you don't pay attention to the colors it looks right.

I started to flesh out my "hero". Here is an updated cycle.

He's lacking vertical motion, and his arms aren't in sync with his feet - his hands look more like if he were ice skating.

You also seem to have made half a run cycle and while this can work, right now it's still a bit iffy because of lack of contrast and torso rotation. The legs don't look quite as 'faked' as the arms though. I suppose it has to do with the motion of the arms, which have a sudden explosive motion when they start the downswing.

His legs do have an issue where they look like they're walking more than they're running. This might help:

note: that image was originally made for someone else and I'm not sure the amount of frames is the same as in your animation, but the general idea is that when you run, a foot is airborne for more frames than it is touching the ground.

Also he keeps opening and closing his fists =P
