I try to create a whole town with people as time passes by.

Its looking a bit cartoony but thats intentional



Maybe i need to revise his arms to make him a bit more muscular.
It cant be that he doesnt have any as he is always carrying his spear and his skull around :)

Hmm, i think an orange or more gold-like colour would work much better than the bright yellow. The spearhead is quite large and odd, howabout one more like this?

Hehe yes, the lightsources on the hat came from different angles
Now the lights come from the upper left

The little guy also found a way to make new clothes  :)



I still need to tweak his legs and his headgear (Dont know what it is actually hehe)

I like it, like Jalonso said add a background or even you could add a tribal place with all different people
