15 colours including transparency

this was a small piece created for a Halloween themed sprite contest and
although I will not have the time to carry out further improvements to the
piece before the “dead”line I am never the less eager to learn from this piece
and too make the necessary improvements to the best of my abilities.

Any help you can give in this process will be gratefully received!

	pretty nice so far . I think the torso is a bit hight though
