Well, i drew some knees so i decided to try something new. I think the knees are quite good and i don't know about the shading on the hood. But i am having trouble with the eyes. This is a girl dressing up as a pacman ghost. *Note, i do know she has no feet*

Well think about how should would make the eyes. Probably cut them out right? Or paste something over a cut out hole to look like the eyes.
