Just upload your pixel art as usual, but before you submit, tick the checkbox that says "Submit to weekly challenge". (That's weekly, by the way, not monthly)

Oh, you're talking about the monthly top. Every gallery piece qualifies for that. The winners are selected by the ratings they received.
