I've got this shark with lots of aa, it kinda looks pretty bad with the white background so I want to add an alpha channel to it to make it transparent, while keeping the aa. I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this on graphics gale, or if they know any tutorials to help.
Also what do you think I could improve on?

Whether your're going for a realistic or cartoon look the proportions are off, either move the eye and mouth more towards the right or move the fin back.
The mouth needs to change shape (possibly more angular) and pehaps move down a bit
Finally incorporating a bit of 'movement' would be nice, try moving the tail fin
sorry can't help with your other queries.

There's too much AA, it blurs the whole thing
