I don't have much time to explain my entire game again, but I'll quote what I have posted on another forum.
"No Tomorrow is a new game that I plan on developing that is like none other on the market today. It is an MMORPG merged with MMOCCs to remove the gap between the two markets. No Tomorrow is a game based on the future of the world and takes place in 2170. The game is aimed at players age 10+ and has 100's of varying ways to play. THE STORY The year is 2170, the world is in chaos and the has split up into 4 clan bent on taking each other over and ruling the world as one dominant force. Now it's up to you, you choose your clan and help rebuild your structures though various objectives and quests, upon rebuilding your structure you can invite others over, decorate, and much much more ! Or you can take the easy way out and choose one of the smaller already built structures and avoid the quests to rebuild you structure. Fight against other players as well as NPCs, choose your clothes, and weapons if you decide to fight. Walk around and explore the world, chat with friends, and help save us all. Now is your time to fight for the world...for without you, there is No Tomorrow. The 4 Clans Assassins (Modernized with highly advanced weapons and tools) Warriors (Old school style Medieval warriors, the war has caused mass damage to the technology that was available, leaving these guys to revert to Medieval times) Mystics (They conquered the futures technology leaving all other clans without technological weapons, Assassins have stolen most of their weapons from the mystics. The Mystics use their technology to make Magic like machines and such.) Rangers (They live deep in the forest cutting down the trees to make new houses. The excess wood is used to make their armor and weapons.) No Tomorrow hopes to begin coding development by early summer, and have Beta open by Winter 2008-2009. From there we hope to see how the players react to the environments and get their comments and suggestions on it. We will continue to add features until we finally feel we are ready for Version 1. Version 1, if all timing goes right, should be open by Late summer 2009. When we first open No Tomorrow, all features will be free to during Beta. Later on we will add members areas and such into the game. More info on the game: When first registering for "No Tomorrow" you will be ask which clan you would like to join. "Assassins, Rebels (Rangers changed to rebels),Mystiques, or Warriors" Upon picking you will move on to picking your clothes and finalizing your registration. From there you will be sent into the world plaza where you can teleport to either the MMOCC part of the game, or continue your journey in the world to explore. MMOCC Section: By teleporting into the MMOCC part of the game, you will be sent to your selected clans kingdom. From there you can visit other players houses, as well as create, decorate, and invite people into your castle/home. You are free to leave at any time and continue to explore the world, fight for survival and such. You may also access other Kingdoms castles, but you must walk to them yourself. On your journey you will meet countless people and creatures of the future. Certain quests will be assigned and you will be able to build bigger castles that you can only receive by doing quests and such. Same goes for furniture items and weapon/armor items. The currency will be used in different ways than most MMOCC/MMORPGs. Since obviously it isn't free to run an MMORPG or MMOCC, paying must be implemented. Fortunately you do not have to pay for EVERY feature. There will be 2 types of currency in the game, one will be Bytes (Yes like in computers :P , but it IS the future !) and the other will be Tickets. Here's how the money will be used. Let's say you are building your house and would like a certain piece of furniture. A very common piece of furniture may cost 20 Bytes , Bytes can be obtained many ways in the game. Other furniture may cost 50 Bytes and 4 Tickets. Tickets would have to be purchased will real life cash. And then finally very rare furniture may cost 20 Tickets alone. This paying system will also go for various in game items. As for me, I had a MAJOR problem with my computer and had to reboot my entire hard drive just yesturday, and therefore all the art I had been working on got deleted ! This is good and bad, I feel like it can work as a good fresh start, so as of right now I have only recreated the male avatar, and would like to post a preview below to see what you all think and which one I should use. FINALIZED
The difference in the top and bottom images is the sleeve length. Please let me know which one you prefer and whether or not you like these avatars. The clothing will be standard clothing for all clans, with no armor on." Some more small little images as examples of what i can and will be doing for the game. ![]()

I am very close with this guy and this is going to be an amazing game when it is finnished. Don't be afraid to comment on everything.
Btw, it's zzzroxzzz if u haven't noticed :P |
