just as the title says, i need someone who can emulate the river city ransom style but alter it slightly. i am making a game similar to RCR. but the art needs to be tweaked slightly. i will also take a look at more cartooned art such as Battleheart for the iphone or something along those lines.
i already have a pretty good team but i could use 1 more dedicated pixel art who wants to make successful games on the iphone/ipad

I would suggest reading the http://www.pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=671 - job posting guidelines before making such quick announcement. You're not giving enough details about the job and conditions.
Also have a look at the other topics to get a better idea of how to properly make interesting offers, being a paid job or not.
