Just wondering what I need to do because it was denied being added to the gallery. I really wish the queue required a comment when a person votes no on a piece so the artist can get constructive criticism on what needs to be done to fix things. |

I sent this back after it sat in the queue for quite a while getting very little support for gallery inclusion. The piece is not bad and is pixelart but it does issues. •While there is no set formula for how many colors are to be used in any piece here you have over 50 colors in what is essentially a 12 color piece. This is poor quality and bad form. •Colors should add and help a piece. You have colors that are hard to see even when you zoom in. This too is bad form and a bad pixel habit. •It is possible that you attempted to make faces on the tops of the bottles but this is questionable and also poorly rendered. If not faces then pixelled even worse >.< • With over 50 colors not a single thing is AAd making this many colors useless. • The spacing on the type indicate the text was not had pixelled and while not a disqualifier on its own it does add more 'problems' to the piece. • Stray pixels on the edges is also poor quality. So yea...its a good piece and you should work on fine tuning it focusing on good pixel pushing technique. *Voting from members only help the Mods make the final decision on gallery pieces...you don't always want to hear their input  ------------- |
