I've been working on this without much input so far, so I thought I would come here for some. I think she looks okay, but I'm sure some more experienced pixel artists might have things to say about it. Thanks for any comments.

You should render these into animated gifs with a more neutral or transparent background, so we can see the animation without us having to do all the conversion work.
Right now at a glance I'm thinking a bit pillow shaded... and the arms in the up/down seem to move differently than in the side animation. ------------- ▄▄█ ▄▄█ ▄█▄ ▄█▄ |
