Technically, you should try to aa the thing and also shade the inner outlines.
And get rid of the pillow shading in the eyes. Maybe add some shiny spots and nurbs if he's a robot or make it smoother and add more definition to the face if he's human. Currently i'm not sure, whether he's supposed to be robotic or human. It looks just like a lifeless mask. The red stripes seem to not fit in very well, i don't know why, maybe they are oversaturated. Oh one last thing: The nose is probably coming out even further than the cheeks, so it should also get well visible lighting at its side.
