Time for my next WIP:

Sort of an egyptian warrior guy which started out as a anatomical study. Crit me away.

avoid uploading BMPs to Photobucket, they will be automatically converted to JPEG.

also, that torso doesn't appear to be connected with the hips, making him look like an action figure, wich torso can be rotated 180° as a whole independient block. this is produced for two main reasons: first one is that skins is flexible. there's an invisible line that goes from the nose to the space between your legs. when you turn your torso to the side, this line creates a curve in wich all elements are always aligned: nose, chin, middle of the chest, middle of the abdomen, midle of the hips. this line always curves, but never breaks(or else you'll get this action figure aspect). second reason is the shape of your torso. with its current shading, he appears to have a third breast below his left one, and its torso lacks any kind of solid shape(and even makes him appear to be pregnant).

 if you are using a reference for this, please provide. if not, find one ASAP(you'll hardly make a good study if you are not using at least one reference).
