First it would be helpful to know where your light source is. From the look of the arms it looks like the light is pointing from directly in the front. You can play a bit more with shadows if you set the light source in a different position. The jaw and nose seem a bit large for the face as well. The ear could be lowered slightly try to look at where your ear connects to your head and then reshape the cup to fit the pointy ear this figure has.

It would be helpful if you showed us where your light is though. You can have a light source that is directly in front of the figure but you won't get those deep defining shadows this way. The great thing about hair is that it is thousands of little tubes all casting light rather than a single surface reflecting light. In most anime though they treat it like a single surface though.

The light source is from the front. In pixel art i have problems shading skin if its not from the front. eEspecially on a skin surface so big.

If it is on the front, remember that the clothes do shadow too. And the hair.
And his neck shouldn't be in shadows.

Yea, Im gonna fix his neck, and the clothes aren't even done. I just need help on the hair. Everything that i have done just doesn't look right for the hair.

Well the biggest question I would have for you about shading the hair is what sort of style do you want to shade it in?  Then, go and find references that have hair like you want it to look, and study them and try to recreate the style.

lets put the shading aside for now and lets focus on the anatomy, wich is basically one of the main flaws here, specially on the face and the pose of that shoulder. if you look carefullly, the pose of the face is sligthy tilted towards the background. that causes that shoulders look bigger than supposed and therefore, unnatural. this is also caused by the complexion of his face, wich denotes a not so athletic bodymass(and the general knowledge of the original character).

at some point, is like the head/face is pasted above a front view of a body(wich is just to give an idea of how the body and head doesn't connect very well).

i would suggest that, if not following an already existing image of the character, use some photo references to guide yourself.
