As the title says, I have a team called Dark Fairy Games (or simply Dark Fairy, or DFG). It is a team that develops shareware games. (For those of you who don't know what shareware is, it means that there is a free demo of the game, but to play the full game you must purchase it. WildTangent creates shareware games, and there are also some on Miniclip.) The team has a website and it can be found at the following address: http://dark-fairy.co.nr/ - http://dark-fairy.co.nr/

If you do not want to join this team, but would be interested in helping with a particular game, I might add you as a "temporary member". As a temporary member, you get the same share of pay as if you were a full member.

If you are interested, please send an Email at mailto:jaychant@gmail.com - jaychant@gmail.com . You can also send me a PM.

Pay: You will be paid a certain percentage of the profits that each game might generate (I am willing to sign a contract ensuring you of this). In addition, you can receive an extra payment out of my pocket for doing certain large jobs.

Rates: As a group, the spriters will get 22% of the profits. This means that, if the team ends up having two spriters, they will each get approximately 11%. In the same way, if I only end up having one spriter, that spriter will get 22%. Please note that rates are subject to change, but once a game is officially being sold, the percentage you get for that particular game will remain static (if you don't trust me, I am again willing to ensure this with a contract).

Requirements: You should be able to create semi-realistic sprites. Be prepared to create large sprites. Also, you must be able to animate. Please submit 1-2 examples when requesting to join.

The Team: Please refer to http://gmc.yoyogames.com/index.php?showtopic=415478 -
