For some reason when I uploaded the pixels to phtobucket I got different results than what Vista displays...
 - jpg (quality 0); uploaded: 287B, Vista: 306B. - jpg (quality 100); uploaded: 287B, Vista: 307B. - png; uploaded: 173B, Vista: 122B. - gif; uploaded: 43B, Vista: 43B. |

Or, wait. Did you download those again from Photobucket and check the sizes? Photobucket might decompress/compress or reencode them and that would alter the size once.
