I am Peter, and I am the webmaster of www.gamemaker.hu where we sell *legally* Mark Overmars's Game Maker (now at www.yoyogames.com). We also have a big group of coders (developed through the years by our contests and by the community of the forums). Sorry about that: the site is fully in hungarian, but we are only allowed to sell the GM DVD to hungarian buyers (so no english site).

However with some experienced programmers of the forum we try to build up a garageteam at http://www.online-playground.com where we only took the domain, and installed a joomla portal with a modified theme (nothing else is there yet, it is planed to be up in about a month).

We are *not* professionals (yet) business-wise, so we cannot pay anything at the moment, but we take this seriously and we would like to sign a royalty contract with any artists willing to work on our projects.

As you probably suspect we are weak on the artwork side (sprites, tilesets mostly) although I am an artist (http://www.easternraider.com) but I am involved in the organizing side of this new team, and don't plan to spend more time on drawing (also: there are better pixellers on this forum than me). I, as the senior programmer, take care of the quality of the sources, and the testing, I organise stuff to meet the deadline.

We would like to have 3-4 pixel artist to support our efforts (on a contracted basis, as I mentioned) so when (and I am on it to not change this when to if, but keep it sure to get the games released) the games will be released you'll have the sales info and your royalty share at each quarter.

We can accept less experienced artists too, since we'll have 4 sections on the portal: golden, silver, bronze and free games, where free games will represent some kind of marketing type games (bringing some banners into the game, thus reaching some income too).
