I need a graphical user interface for a strategy game I am building. I hope I can find someone that is able to come up with GUI components and some GUI panels I need  :-)

Requirements:
1.    Style: Medieval/Fantasy
2.    Style: use bright colors (NOT dark)!
3.    Desired Style (ONLY the user interface, not the map):

6.    Use Photoshop using separate layers for separate components (especially text!)
 
Delivery:
- Files in Photoshop PSD format (must work in Photoshop 7.0)

Tasks:
  - create GUI Components (buttons, panels, checkboxes, bars, text field etc.) ~25 total
  - create Game Interface (NOT the map, the interface!):

Payment & Schedule:
1. Payment via PayPal | other: ask me.
2. Payment Schedule:
   a) 30% upfront
   b) another 50% at initial delivery
   c) remaining 20% at final delivery
3. Total amount: US$750

Legal:
1. I will give you full credit for the graphics (once/if the game is out).
2. Ask me if something is not clear.
