Topic: Revision needed why?

Hi, I submitted a picture, but it said it needed revision because: REASON: Any art you post should be PIXEL ART! Pixel art implies that each pixel is placed by hand (no filters, paintbrushes, gradient fills, etc). But it is pixel art... and I did place everything by hand... so I don't understand what to do here.

Please help me.

Because the cheek is not pixelart.
We do occasionally make mistakes so state your case convincingly.

The other that was sent back the entire BG was not pixelart.

I did the cheek by hand, though... I just changed colors to make it blend... but I did it by hand. I have the free version of GraphicsGale and I don't think it can even fade stuff. If you look at the cheek up close it's only five different colors. I'm not good at minimizing my number of colors used.

I will be honest with you. Its was a 50/50 thing with the cheek but the other BG being definitely NPA then I just ASS-umed. Go ahead and press 're-submit' on that then. I will trust you.
You also added so much stuff at once and I had no time to scrutinize all of them since you did force me to be suspicious off-hand. I will go thru the rest and add the ones that pass the pixel test, k.
If I send any back its because of something questionable and I promise to PM you first with any concern.

* by I I mean me or any other Mod :)

EDIT: There you own the front gallery page :D
We have 5 pixelart submissions per day so others will follow.

Haha. Thanks so much, and I apologize for the load of stuff... I just found Pixel Joint and I got over-excited and uploaded a lot. But I totally understand your reasoning now, so thanks for explaining.

I'm sure ts always been 5 max per day...with some exceptions here and there.
For example, if someone made a whole Joint balcony then those 9 could be added at once. Or if someone enters a weekly challenge with more than 5 pieces.

Has anyone ever actually entered more than one challenge piece?

Aside from Met when he went crazy that one time.

I made all 7 for that Knight challenge by 7even :/

pain, made two and won 1st and 2nd.
