Omg, i have looked and tried so many photoshop downloads. I got the farthest with cs2, but for some reason it will never work. (i have tried on 3 diff laptops.) Does anyone have a non cs photoshop link they have, atleast a trial? first of all it will be easier to pixel for me (using ms paint) and i really want to get back to GFX which i havn't done in 2 years. (which i plan to make my career when i get older, being 14)

I doubt we can do much to help if you can't find what you're looking for with a Google search. If there are no pre-CS trials available, you'll probably have to resort to pirating, but we try not to discuss that here.

Photoshop is hardly the only digital art tool out there, though. GIMP is free, and I hear it's very similar to Photoshop. There are also tools like GraphicsGale and Pro Motion that are made especially for pixel art.
