PAYMENT
-Artist Negotiable but I have roughly estimated

Tilesets: 
$50 per complete set.

Character Sheets: 
$10 basic Walking per character
$5 Each additional pose or animation

Looping Panorama:
$25 per 320x240 picture.

-You do NOT have to tackle the whole project, characters, panoramas, items could be done seperatly. But I must insist that my tile artist\s remain the same for each tileset so as to keep graphical consistency.

Project Summary
Aridai, a world where the sun has not set in over a thousand years. There were two immortals who once held power over the heavens of Aridai. One was the Imortal Yvene, A loving and caring being who shelters all in her faith. The other was Morzagog, who taught the people of Aridai how to harvest the energy from the planet. This harvesting eventually led to the "breaking". A time in which all spirits were released from the planet and terrorized the people. Yvene managed to contain these souls within a "Soul Barrier" she placed around Aridai. The skies froze at the exact moment of her spell. A red dawn tinging the continent of Arthem. Yvene convinced Morzagog to retreat with her until the planet healed itself. But the hearts of men without somone to guide them soon led to a World War. 
The Relian empire discovered a way to harness the energy from the Soul Barrier for use in "Soul Engines". Retrofitting these engines into ships Relia was able to take to the skies. Soon other nations followed. Driven by a need to explore and the ability to now easily move large armies in short amounts of time, a world war had erupted on the planet surface. The nations fought for land and air dominance in a bloody worldwide battlefield. Leading the charge for dominance is the Emporer Trestin Werlack of the Relian Empire, who in coalition with the followers of Morzagog had already conquered over a third of Aridai. 
Meanwhile leading the other side of the charge is the nation of Carmian. Carmian is the leader of magic and technological warfare in Aridai, but suffers from a weak coalition with the nation of Yvenes, who has been less than helpful in their ploy for world domination and defense from Relian attack. And seated right in the middle are thousands of mercenaries profiting from both coalitions and taking jobs from the highest bidder.
You are Tristam, a mercenary for hire. The game starts in the nation of Carmian where you have been assigned a premium target for kidnapping...

I'm afraid you wont gain much fame through my game since it comes from a smaller development community, but we can discuss other options such as giving you webspace on my host for free.
