1. No company here. I'm mainly a web freelancer.

2. For school needs and personal pleasure I'm now working on a flash based game. That will be a not super-unique-idea multiplayer maze game (one makes mazes and challenges with them  other players).  There is no theme or no graphics (only the technical framework) at this time. The games view (pardon my my french) is from top (like good old Zelda http://zedomax.com/image/200701/zelda.gif).

What I need - one approx. 16x16 (not larger than 20x20) pixels main character for the game.  It should be animated (3 frames are enought) while walking in 9 directions (that makes 4 unique views). An excellent option -  he would wear some cloth or had a face which colors or mimics could be changed manually be me (for making personalized players). The characters theme can be various (sci-f, action, magic...), but it should be quite simple shaded (or how you call it) like in platform games (NES ftw). I can even accept an already ready work of you if it's laying arraund not used. You character will define all the rest theme and feeling of the game, ;) The game itself probably won't see daylight at all, but if - free play guaranteed.

3. The salary - accepting Your offers (I'm aiming not more than 50$, but I can add an exception...). Accepting PayPal would be great.
