   Hello my names Vic

and I'm a very veryyy BIG fan of pixel art

but I dont understand how its done and I want to start

I'm a gfxer and mainly do small pieces signatures etc...

but I like to be diverse so I'm wondering 

can somebody give me like the ULTIMATE NOOB

tutorial for creating Pixel Art 

i dont even know what programs you use

I have Photoshop
