Company Info: SushiBox Studios. Well lets see here, we established way back in the day (two or so years ago) doing some independent releases although mainly 3D. We are best known for either our 3D MMOFPS Helios-Online or the SushiGDK (C++ 2D Game Creation Framework).

Job Info: About a year ago we started Sylerean Online, a 2D side scrolling MMORPG with a few artists here from pixel joint. However life became an issue so the team decided to put it off until most of us started college. The time has come and we are reinstating the Sylerean Online project. This time we decided to use an Isometric art style.

Sylerean Online will be created with our 2D Game Development Framework that SushiBox Studios developed with C++ for OpenGL. We own all original sources, music, concepts and etc.

If you are dedicated, talented, fun and wanting to work on a serious commercial MMORPG development team, post within. We are searching for quality artists with an isometric disipline ready to start immediatly

Pay: Since most artists and developers we work with are not legal minors and US citizens, we do not pay as you go. Without a contractual agreement we can not pay you until the production is completed or ended.  You will be paid a completion bonus and 20% of all earnings/donations and etc. We do currently make money for the project via donations and advertising. The fan site for the game currently has over 1000 members.

I think that you should elaborate more when it comes to hiring people for mmorpg projects... you have a team and it's been a year and yet there doesn't seem to be much sign of progress about this... I would like to see more information added, and I mean details, like, since you mention that some of the people who currently work for you or your affiliates are actual people who are from this very community... can we know or hear more about your team? also, please fix the information with working tags on the links too (one of them leads to a "not found page").

I am not an expert, but personally I would like to work only for people who are over 18, and that have significant progress and proof (not just a big crowd of fans) that this can succeed if I am to lend my services to you or anyone else. Sorry if I sound too demanding, but when it comes to agreements, it is only fair that both you and the people who can become your future co-workers or employees know as much as they can.
