Job Info - First of all I really need a base made and finding pixel artists is pretty hard.. So I need HOPEFULLY more than 1 pixel artists with GOOD amount of knowledge on Pixel Art.

About Payment - Usually at the start of an avatar community donations don't come in RIGHT away until we have a couple of items..
I'd say by the second month donations will be rolling in and since I have my hosting handled by a good friend I will be paying staff very well!
