i am trying to upload some pixel art but the website wont let me because it saYS that all small imiges have to be gif or somthing can someone please help me

Pixelart files are png8 or gif.
Because you are trying to upload a jpeg image as pixelart I can already smell trouble.
Try the WIP section first and use www.tinypic.com to upload whatever you have now for help.
