Im looking to develop for both platforms. There has to be an emphasis on quality animation and art. Im looking for art on par with FF Tactics/Chrono Trigger. The game will be more realistic and darker.

Tiles would need to be seamlessly  blended. (Think Starcrafts Map Editor)
