Pixel Joint Forum: First attempt at pixel art. Any tips?

   What should I change?  Also, when I saved this to .gif, the colors changed.  I'm using photoshop, is there anyway to prevent this?

	Save to PNG next time, that should prevent colour loss. As for tips, I would say that any interior outlines (like on his stomach) shouldn't be black lines.

	I tried saving as a PNG and that worked. I think it looks a little bit better without the line around the stomach. I didn't know that I was supposed to post my reference. If I use a picture to trace out the line art, is it okay for me to use the pixel art I make on my website?
