18 Arms LLC is a startup game company of a team of programmers and designers looking for pixel artists. 
We're looking for artists capable of creating art in a colorful, cartoony, and isometric style similar to that found in http://playprime.jp. 

We need approximately 40-60 buildings, roads, trees, etc of all sorts with possible on going work depending on our project's needs. 

We need avatars with a simple 2 frame idling and walking animation; additional animations may be needed.  The avatars will have customizable facial features, hair, skin, etc and have forward and backward facing views.

We're looking for artists in the pay range of $20-30 / hour (with possible "fast complete bonus"), and we're also open to pay on a per piece basis (e.g. $50 for a building, 150x150 px in size, negotiable).

The artists we're looking for can accomplish the above, have a good grasp of estimating how long a piece will take, have a history of delivering on time and budget, and can work with our Creative Director for integrating the assets
into the product.  Extra consideration will be given for experience with UI design and Flash.

We're looking to fill these positions within the next 2 weeks, and our product is due for launch 2 months after.
