Probably a good idea to note which ones aren't yours or aren't pixel art, like the anime eyes on the left, megaman, and the Ninja Gaiden ninja.

Anyhoo, I'd suggest picking one thing to work on. It's hard to critique a whole bunch of stuff all at once, ya know? I like the flowers and character in the bottom-left corner.
