The first thing you should do is remove the undies. With them there you might be tempted to shade around them, when you need to focus on the actual body underneath.

I could hardly tell that there were 5 shades in that palette it looked like 3 (Outline, Base, and Shadow.)

Add more contrasts so we can tell each individual shade from another. I mean you can't even see the highlight I have trouble seeing it in 8x. and like Angel said ditch the undies. If you don't feel compfortable working with a nude base give it a speedo. Just make sure whatever base clothing you give him is skin tight.
