The background is awesome :D love the clouds but the angels could use a better and cleaner shading imo.

The bubbles you used to shade the trees and clouds worked quite well but you can't shade the angels in the same way, or at least not without some serious adjustments. The shading flattens them a lot because you didn't really pay much attention to the shape of the face, for instance. The forehead is more raised, and the cheeks are puffy whereas the nose dips and the nostrils are defined. You missed that detail which is the thing that will make the difference between a really good piece and an ok piece. The clouds and little tree are fantastic looking and the angels just dont seem to match their quality.
I made you a super quick edit so its obviously not all it could be but just to give you an idea of what I mean
