Search engines are your friends!
(to be found at the bottom of every PJ gallery page)

Looks good so far. Just make sure to draw the whole head shape, even where it's going to be hidden behind hair. This could save you some later trouble.

I like the hair, the more softer shading gives him younger looking skin.

I do not know if i should keep doing the man's body.
I would like to finish it using the technique of the second light (which comes from the back) but i am not so skilled (see the "hi"), i don't know well what to  do, some advices?

Go for the body, obviously you can do it. Your shading is good, your second light is very much ok, HI looks good.
Only thing is you should have planned it before bringing the face to this degree of refining. A well organized workflow is important!

Your dithering is not that good.
First you shouldn't dither at this stage, only when you're finished with drawing / shading.
Then, the way you use it doesn't soften anything at all, on the contrary you introduce unwanted harsh and jaggy lines / clusters which draw the eye (mostly in nose and chin).
Dithering is where a single pixel can make / ruin a piece. Literally!

ey, thx for the comments.

ok, i've removed the dithering.
You're right about the workflow, but at first only wanted to make a face to practice with something, but this is addictive!

Not bad.
Workflow again: take time to adjust shapes, anatomy, basic shading before adding detail.

The right side arm (his left) looks weird, shoulder and biceps look fused; neck/shoulder/sternum are wrong too (can't be more precise, I don't know anatomy either!)

Shading is inconsistent: light source is front-top on the face (and ok), but lateral on the body. The belly looks very flat, there should be wide highlights on the top half. Same with the chest and right-side arm.
Secondary light: keep that for later too!
There shouldn't be any on the nose and below the eye, this light comes very much from the back and can't reach there (also giving it an outline just ruins it); also think of the shadow cast by the left side arm on the chest and belly.

I think he had heart surgery, and was a body builder who drank too much beer.

Use references. His body looks all out of whack.

It doesn't matter what kind of "style" you're going for; the body doesn't match itself. (I mean, the two arms are completely different from each other.)

There's a difference between stylizing your work and using the term "style" to defend yourself from critiques. I mean, you do realize that the greatest comic book artists spent years studying proper anatomy before they mastered the art of deforming it, right?

ok, i didn't know that, I'm pretty inexperienced in art (i have a computers degree), im only trying to learn drawing pixel art, so thanks a lot for the critiques.
I will try to improve the anatomy finding some references.

The shading and coloring is improving, but you need to work on the anatomy some more. The head, body, and arms don't match each other.
