Malthea.com is an interactive avatar site that has been in development for a number of years. We're at a point where we need to complete some of the art projects that were started and have several of our concepts finished. There's plenty of work to be had.

Only reliable, dependable and creative individuals need apply

Requirements:

• Experience with Asian-styled pixel art (Example: CandyBar)
• Minimal usage of dithering
• Ability to use small color palettes
• Ability to create and use vibrant color palettes
• Crisp shading abilities
• Ability to create objects and garments for multiple arm positions
• No tool-shading whatsoever (Usage of opacity for transparency effects in photoshop is fine, but we would require the PSD)

Notes:

1. Any work completed for us must be held in highest secrecy until we publish it on our site.
2. Our base is extremely private due to our closed development, and cannot be shown to anyone outside of our staff.
3. We will have full ownership of the pixels upon payment.
4. We reserve the ability to modify any finished works.
5. Anything created for us must not be replicated elsewhere.

Pay and details about our bases will be discussed in private but we are willing to offer flat rate amounts or hourly amounts (within reason) that are competitive.
