I used as base original Pixel Joint icon "no avatar":

Not critical, but what if... I redraw (again) original icon, change colors and stuff?
I mean starting frame, which is first in this silly animation.

Yup, it's because you used the Nerd icon + the default avatar. You *may* get away with using the outline (and just the outline) to transform into the other face, but using the background, banner logo and question mark are big no-nos. Note that you can't simply edit existing work slightly either, or copy it pixel by pixel.
