How much would I pay for an artist?
I'm not looking just yet because I'm still raising enough money for a 2D game[Fighting Game]...

Around 15 Playable caracters, and stages, not to detailed of game.

I think that you're too young to have developers make a game...it will only result in suffering for you because you have to know 120% what you want.
